Melamine Edgings
Melamine edgings for the realisation of special craftsman's project
Melamine edgings are made of a special paper impregnated with duroplastic resins. They are a low-cost alternative to plastic edgings and particularly suitable for areas less susceptible to impact. The range includes basic edgings and varnishable edgings as well, which are characterised by the ability to be painted.
Among carpenters and joiners, melamine edgings are also known as "iron on"edgings. This is because the edgings can simply be applied with a flat iron. In order to do so, the iron on edgings must first be coated with hotmelt adhesive.
