Decor surface on a roll - RollRost

The flexible RollRost surfaces offer numerous interior design possibilities for shopfitting projects, trade fair construction, furniture making and interior design. RollRost is a mineral-filled surface cross-linked with synthetic resin. It contains oxidised iron chips and looks and feels like real rusty iron. Unlike solid metal, the flexible, light-weight material is easy to process even for carpenters/cabinet makers. A glass-fibre mat serves as backing. RollRost is produced manually. The natural process of oxidation lends each sheet a varyingly intensive rusted surface. Every sheet is unique, with slight colour variations that make its appearance all the more authentic. The depicted colour shades are therefore merely indicative, it is not possible to have an exact colour match with images or samples. RollRost is made in Germany.

When delivered, RollRost is already sealed, but an additional standard sealing should be added after processing. The product is not suitable for wet and shower areas, as the seal is not suited for wet rooms. An additional processing with a wet room suited seal is not possible. Do not hesitate to contact us if you are searching for a wet room solution. RollRost has been specifically developed for vertical application, e.g. for walls or fronts. The material may also be used on horizontal surfaces with little exposure. Due to natural abrasion, it is not suitable for horizontal surfaces with heavy exposure, such as worktops and counters. If you wish to use it for these purposes, we recommend to cover the surfaces, for example with a glass plate on top. Please order the standard sealing separately (see accessories).
