Safe and Sound: Handrails & Staircase Spindles
Needless to say, function comes first with a banister. As you have probably already noticed, this does not mean it cannot serve as an eye-catching centrepiece at the same time. The warm oak wood of our unpainted and sanded handrails is supported by sturdy stainless steel spindles in modern matt black. A little too dark for your taste? No problem! Just take spindles made of lightly brushed stainless steel and combine them with steamed beech. Our extensive range with various accessories allows for innumerous combinations, including wall mounting with handrail brackets. Whichever design you have in mind: our products for staircase and balustrade systems keep you on the safe side.
Light Up Your Step
Wooden stairs provide a perfect stage for indirect lighting, as you can really bring out the shape and geometry of the staircase by accentuating it with light. Safety is also improved. For the lighting profile ChannelLine C, a groove was milled into the protruding steps from below and the profile, equipped with a Versa Stair LED strip, was inserted flush. You can influence light intensity and colour by your choice of items. ChannelLine C is available with a light transmission between 20 and 85 %, depending on the colour and cover. Versa Stair is available in three light colours and can additionally be dimmed- either via remote control or, thanks to the integrated Zigbee radio standard, via smart home systems.
Hidden connection: the Halemeier Stair Stringer is suited to invisibly attach the Versa Stair LED strip to stringer stairs.
