Manual Processing
Businesses that only process dowels every once in a while will find within our range small pack sizes with 1 kg contents. This way, you can order dowels according to individual project requirements and choose between different diameters, lengths and wood types. For bonding, our experts recommend the proven quality white glue REDOCOL Kombicoll Super-N in a 500 g squeezy bottle.
Machine Processing
Businesses working with an automatic dowelling machine can get their REDOCOL dowels in a 10 kg pack size. Since in this case you will naturally need more glue as well, we offer several specialty products from renowned manufacturers in bulk sizes. Our experts are happy to advise you!
Machine Processing of Pre-Glued Dowels
Automatic dowelling machines are on the rise! We recommend our pre-glued dowels from REDOCOL made from unsteamed beech for this type of processing. The beech dowels are fluted, chamfered on both sides, coated with glue and then dried. Pouring water into the dowel holes during production activates the applied adhesive. These dowels are available in the colours blue and red, selectively, in order to tell them apart from classic wooden dowels.
