Designing an exclusive hotel lobby is an exceptional task.
Metal Meets Rock - On the Edging!
Is that a fabric or brushed metal? Neither! It is the ABS edging Anthracite Metal Fabric. Gloss and interspersed blue-grey areas add a metallic effect to the brown-grey basic colour of the edging. To obtain the solid look, plus enough space and stability for lighting,
a 100 mm wide edging was applied here.
For the shelf as well as the tables next to it, we selected our ABS edging Anthracite Metal Rock, also a so-called "hybrid decor". At first glance, the edging appears to be a classic stone reproduction. If you get closer, the correlation with light manifests its artful metal look with matt and gloss effects.
Immaculate Fronts with Matt Lacquer
A lobby is the showpiece of a hotel. To make a good first impression on guests, storage space is essential. And there is plenty of space behind the matt lacquered fronts of our cupboard.
A 2-component polyurethane pigmented lacquer was applied to the fronts in multiple layers. Hard-wearing and durable, they are perfect for an application in highly frequented areas such as our hotel.
By the way: Besides lacquered fronts ready-made to measure in one of 14 trend colours, we can also provide you with special colours according to RAL, NCS or Sikkens upon request. Our cupboard was finished in RAL 9004 (signal black).
Seize these Golden Hues
Golden accents can be put selectively with our delicate furniture handles and knobs or on a larger scale with our handleless system.
On the cabinet behind the reception we have applied our design handle Isla with the surface finish gold, matt. For those who prefer a more subtle colour, the handle variant is also available in black, white, with a stainless steel finish or in chrome, glossy.
Round and Round It Goes
Round or square? For the design of the tables in the lobby, we opted for the round variant. The cosy seating area mirrors other rounded elements in the room. Moreover, you can flexibly vary the number of chairs, depending on requirements. The table base is our sturdy Table Base Crema I model.
